Repetitive work keeps being done by hand

Respond, qualify, follow up, request returns, log in the CRM. These are processes with clear rules and high volume. Exactly the type of work a system executes better than a person.

Leads go cold while waiting

Between the message that comes in and the response that goes out, there is a queue. By the time someone replies, the interest has already faded.

Follow-up depends on remembering

Those who didn't reply the first time are rarely contacted again. The opportunity isn't lost in the sale — it's lost in forgetfulness.

Operations stop when the team stops

Outside business hours, on weekends, during holidays. The process exists, but it only runs while people are running it.

Which of these is your case?

Lightfire has two entry points. What decides is not company size — it is whether demand is already coming in.

Each system takes on a complete function

Instead of delivering a single automation, we build systems capable of running an entire business function. Each one combines AI, automation, integrations, and software to take over repetitive processes, reduce manual work, and keep your operations running continuously.

We don't just deliver automations

An automation connects tools. A system runs a function.

Automation

"When X happens, do Y."

  1. Trigger
  2. Action

Solves one step. If the process shifts context, someone has to step in and decide.

Lightfire System

"Receive the lead, engage, qualify, log, follow-up, and route the opportunity."

  1. Lead
  2. Conversation
  3. Qualification
  4. Logging
  5. Follow-up
  6. Opportunity

Runs the full function and decides the path at every stage. A person steps in when the case truly demands it.

You define the outcome. Lightfire builds the system

From understanding your operations to a system running on its own, and monitored after launch.

01

We understand your operations

We map how your business receives, serves, qualifies, and converts customers.

02

We choose the system

We identify which function can be automated or run by a Lightfire system.

03

We connect your operations

We integrate WhatsApp, CRM, internal systems, APIs, and existing tools.

04

The system goes live

The automation runs the process continuously, with human intervention only when needed.

05

We monitor and optimize

Operations are continuously monitored and improved.

Automations Customized

Not every process fits a ready-made system. When your operations have specific needs, Lightfire designs and implements custom automations connecting AI, systems, CRM, WhatsApp, APIs, and tools your company already uses.

Lightfire Systems

Standardized solutions for specific functions. Already built and ready to plug into your operations with adaptation.

Custom Automations

Tailor-made projects. Designed from your process when no off-the-shelf system describes what your operations do.

Websites we've built

Before automating, you need demand

Direct Response is Lightfire's entry point: offers, creatives, media, and conversion pages to generate the opportunities that systems then handle. One funnel validates acquisition; the other turns validated results into a continuous process.

How the investment breaks down

Setup paid upfront to kick off implementation. Monthly management after launch.

The equation

  • Setup
  • Monthly management
  • Media investment

Total investment

Media spend is separate from the Lightfire investment. It goes directly to the ad platform on your card. You control what goes in and see every cent spent. It never passes through us.

How payment works

  • Setup: full upfront payment. The project goes live after confirmation. Covers strategy, creation, landing page, creatives, setup, and launch.
  • Management: billed monthly, starting from the beginning of operations.

The setup and management cost depends on scope. Market, offer, number of creatives, and the size of the operation all change the system design, which is why we don't publish pricing. We do a diagnostic and send a proposal with a fixed number.

Who this is for

Lightfire works best for companies that:

Built with technology that adapts to your operations

Each system is built on the tools that make sense for your case, including what your company already uses.

Technology is the means. The product is your operations function being executed.

Frequently asked questions

An automation executes one step: when something happens, it triggers an action. A system runs an entire function: it receives the lead, engages, qualifies, logs, follows up, and routes the opportunity, deciding the path at each stage. Lightfire Systems are standardized solutions for specific functions; Custom Automations are tailor-made projects for when your operations don't fit an off-the-shelf system.
No. It takes over the repetitive part, first contact, information collection, qualification, follow-up, and logging, and delivers to the salesperson the conversations that truly need a human. The goal is for your team to spend time with people who are ready to decide.
No. Systems connect to what your company already uses, WhatsApp, CRM, calendar, spreadsheets, and internal systems, via integration or API. Switching tools is your decision, not our prerequisite.
It depends on the function and how many integrations it requires. What determines the timeline is access to tools and clarity of the current process. Which is why the first step is always mapping your operations. The exact timeline goes in the proposal, after our conversation.
Because a pricing table would be misleading. Scope changes with the market, the offer, the number of creatives, and the size of the operation. Two different businesses shouldn't pay the same for different systems.

We do the opposite: a quick diagnostic, we tell you which funnel makes sense (even when the answer is "not yet"), and we send a proposal with setup and management locked in. No commitment, no cost.
Setup paid upfront to kick off implementation, monthly management from launch. Setup covers strategy, creation, landing page, creatives, setup, and launch. The project goes live as soon as payment is confirmed. We accept bank transfer and card.
No. Media spend is separate and goes directly to the ad platform on your card, so you maintain control and visibility of every dollar spent. Lightfire fees cover setup and management. The total investment is the sum of three: setup, monthly management, and media.
It depends on the stage. If paid acquisition hasn't been tested in this business yet, the Validation Funnel is the right step: it exists to build, launch, and validate.

If campaigns are already running and the goal is to turn the data into continuous testing and optimization, the Continuous Funnel is the fit. In the initial diagnostic, we tell you which of the two makes sense, even when the answer is "not yet."
On average, 2 to 3 weeks between offer alignment and launch. During that period: offer, copy, landing page, creatives, campaign setup, and tracking. The exact timeline comes in the proposal after the diagnostic.
No, and be skeptical of anyone who does. What we deliver is the system and the method: offer, creatives, media, conversion page, tracking, and a data feedback loop that improves performance over time.

Results also depend on market, budget, ticket size, and your sales operation. These are variables we don't control alone.
Yes — a system executes a process, it doesn't create demand from scratch. If inquiries already come in, there's a customer base, or quote requests are piling up, there's something to automate. If that flow doesn't exist yet, the previous step is Direct Response: generating the opportunities that the system will then handle.
Yours. Ad and analytics accounts stay in your name, with Lightfire as an access partner, and the landing page is delivered with the source code. If the partnership ends, the system stays live and under your control.
Yes. We work internationally across English-speaking markets and beyond. Mention your market in the diagnostic, and the proposal will be tailored to it.
